Finished goods arrive continuously from upstream processes, where sensors detect part presence and trigger the packaging sequence.
2. Carton Erecting & Bottom Taping: Robotic box setup.
The cobot picks flat carton blanks, erects them into shape, and passes them through an integrated taping unit to secure the bottom seal.
3. Oriented Loading & Print-and-Apply Labeling: Precision placement & UID generation.
Products are loaded in specified orientations. Simultaneously, a high-resolution printer generates a unique identification (UID) label and automatically applies it to the outer box.
4. Data Logging & Full Traceability
Individual product IDs are scanned and linked directly to the parent carton’s UID in the centralized database, providing 100% end-to-end batch traceability.
